This simple card could be used for any occasion (on of my favorite kinds of cards to have a stash of).
The card is made with Always Artichoke Card Stock and the Whisper White circle is cut with the large scallop circle die for my Big Shot.
The stamp set used is Organic Outlines inked with Old Olive and Rose Red Classic Ink.
The lower edge of the card used the scalloped edge punch and was accented with dots made with a white gel pen. A length of white grosgrain ribbon finishes it off.
I love this stamp image, it from the Stamp Set "Inspired by Nature".
The card stocks used are: Old Olive (the base card) then, Basic Black, Always Artichoke and then Old Olive again.
Inks: I inked up the stamp with my daubers and CRAFT inks in: Old Olive, Summer Sun and Pumpkin Pie. It was then embossed with Iridescent Ice Powder - wow, a lovely, simple, sparkly card!
The embellishments include three black brads and a length of Kiwi Kiss striped ribbon and the greeting is one of Stampin' Up!'s wonderful Rub-Ons!
Would you believe the color combo on this card? I love it! This is a great all occasion card.
Card stock: Bravo Burgundy, Really Rust, Chocolate Chip, Whisper White
Stamp Set: Dreams du Jour, Sweet Sampler (for the polka dots)
Ink Pads: Basic Brown to stamp the main image, Bravo Burgundy to stamp the polka dots. For water coloring: Bravo Burgundy, Punpkin Pie, Regal Rose and Always Artichoke.
Embellishment: Pumpkin Pie grosgrain ribbon.
All Occasion Cards are always a welcome gift. This gift includes eight cards all in the same colors, just changing out the images. Which to choose, depends on who you are sending it to and the occasion. These cards could be used for many different occasions.
The cards use Real Red, Basic Black and Whisper White card stock.
The box is made from Brushed Silver card stock (making it a very sturdy box) that has a Basic Grey card stock lid that lifts off completely. The lid is stamped with the "Seeing Spots" stamp set - as is the embellishment on the front of the box - layers of circles punched from images in the stamp set. The word "cards" is cut with the Naturally Serif die for my Big Shot. I love this die - with a 2 inch wide strip cut from a piece of 12 x 12 card stock, you get the whole alphabet - TWICE! The Real Red 5/8" grosgrain ribbon adhered around the bottom of the lid sets the whole project off with some simple clean lines.
Nothing that shouts feminine about this card. This is a card that I really liked the composition of for a male card. Nothing fussy about it, not even a ribbon on in ANYWHERE!
The card base is Going Grey card stock stamped with Basic Grey ink and the Canvas background stamp - it is going to RETIRE you know. If you like the look of it too, get it before it's gone!
The other layers of card stock on this card are Basic Grey, Bashful Blue and Very Vanilla.
The stamp set used is "Garden Whimsy" stamped with Going Grey.

The circle image uses stamp sets: Short and Sweet (for the mini snowflake), Think Happy Thoughts (for the thank you).
Colors used for this card are Baja Breeze, Riding Hood Red, Basic Black and Whisper White.
Accessories used are white gel pen, circle punches: 1/2", 3/4", 1 1/4", 1 3/8" and 1 3/4" - gotta love these great layering punches! The ribbon is the Riding Hood Red striped ribbon

Hopefully all of you finished your Christmas cards and got them into the mail before the big day. It is always a rush to the finish for me. Usually I am waiting for my sweet husband to finish up the family letter (that is his job, I'd rather stamp!).
Our cards did get made and into the mail. I almost always miss getting one off to someone that I really wanted to send one too, but somehow didn't get their name written down. I send this greeting to every one for lots of warmth, whether you are spending the day with loved ones, family, or friends! May you feel the blessings of the season and the day!
... and the gift inside is CHOCOLATE! You can take the simplest treat and make it in to something wonderful with a great presentation. You could even make a whole stack of these tempting treats in no time at all!
This is a caramel chocolate bar, now I have your attention I think!
The candy bar itself is over wrapped with a piece of Holiday Treasures double sided designer paper - you can just peek at the little bit of silver foil peeking out of the ends. If you look closely under the pretty stitched 1" stitched chocolate chip ribbon you can see a coordinating piece of the same package of designer paper. The tag is the cool part. The bottom layer is Old Olive card stock, then Chocolate Chip card stock and lastly a top layer of Certainly Celery card stock. The stamp used is from the stamp set "All Holidays". The sweet little flower pieces are punched from a piece of Ruby Red and the same designer paper with the Bo Ho blossom punch. Lastly a tiny Ruby Red brad is added to the very center of the flower.
This was such a quick card to get started with and to finish up.
RIDING HOOD RED fold over card, Polka Dotted paper from the Bella Rose Designer Paper collection for the next layer. Third layer was Whisper White cut on the Big Shot with the TOP NOTE DIE, and stamped with the flowers from the stamp set "UPSY DAISY" and RIDING HOOD RED card stock.
The embellishment is the greeting THANK YOU from the same stamp set, I just punched it with the WORD WINDOW PUNCH and so no other words from that stamp show. The KEY TAG PUNCH is the RIDING HOOD RED layer under the greeting. Oh, don't forget the folded over piece of striped RIDING HOOD RED grosgrain ribbon tucked under the greeting!
... right in the middle of all of this fun preparations for Christmas, a wonderful friend of mine held a baby shower for her expectant daughter.
This is the card that I made for the gift giving occasion. I of course used vellum, I love the softness that it portrays.
The stamp sets used were "Holiday Blitz" (for the rattle image on the envelope and "Bundled in Love" for the card. Images were embossed with white powder and colored on the back side of the vellum with markers.
Three ribbon were added, Pink Taffeta, Pink checked gingham and a smidgen of Apricot Appeal.

I did some hand work on some neccesity items for the sweet baby-to-be, so I enclosed a little note inside the box (oh, we stampers go to great lenghts to do a little more stamping). This is the sweet little enclosure card that was inspired by my Scalloped Edged Envelope Die for my Big Shot Machine. Don't forget that you can click on any of the images to make them larger.
