Another Yummy Stamp Set idea

What you see is what you get UNTIL you pop open one of the ends of this cute little pillow box and slide out two matching tiny candy bar nuggets - bet you wish you had this in your hands!

The container was cut using the Big Shot die "Pillow Box" page 197 in the current catalog.  The box is fairly small, measuring 3" long in the shortest center part and 2 1/4" wide.  A perfect treat holder for any party, a Bridal or Baby Shower or perhaps a Wedding Favor.  This one is Stamped with none other than "Chocolate Chip CRAFT" ink and embossed with clear embossing powder. 

The only accent that was added is one small punched flower out of Bashful Blue card stock that has some white gel pendots embellishing it.  The container is cut from the wonderful FREE Sale-A-Bration paper choice "Delicate Dots"!  The one seem on the container uses sticky strip to hold it together - no chance in loosing the chocolate out of this sweet treat.

Elegance Supreme

If you are looking to make and elegant card, this could be the one!

Sometimes we want a very pretty and elegant card and we just over think it.  This one is simple as can be an not over thought by any means.

It is made with Whisper White Card stock for the base and another piece cut with the Top Note die for the Big Shot.  It uses a rectangle of Brushed Silver in between the two.

The greeting from the FREE Sale-A-Bration Stamp Set - "YUMMY" is stamped at the bottom of the top note and embossed with Silver embossing powder.  A simple tie of a length of the gorgeous Organza Ribbon from Stampin' Up! is the only other embellishment this card needed!

Now you just need a good book.

This is a great idea that I cased from Patty Bennett's blog - I think the Top Note die for the Big Shot made the perfect pouch for a book mark, or what about a yummy tea (bag), or a lovely piece of chocolate - you get the idea.

The guests at my recent Sale-a-bration Party made one of these sweet treats to take home for themselves!

More Tea?

The colors in it are beautiful-

Supplies:  Stamp:  "Playful Petals" and "On Your Birthday" Card Stock: Barely Banana, Almost Amethyst, Ink: Versamark, Certainly Celery, Barely Banana, Pretty in Pink, Almost Amethyst  Accessories:  Wide Oval Punch (for handle), Scallop Circle 2 die for Big Shot, piercing tool in Tool Kit, 5/8" Certainly Celery grosgrain ribbon, white lunch bag (cut off to 4" from the bottom).

Nothing could be finer than

  a sweet box and a sweet treat in it!  This box is made using Stampin' Up!'s Box #2 die for the Big Shot - love this die, it is as fast as can be so leaves you time to embellish.  I actually used the Stampin' Up! "texturz plates" on the Pretty in Pink Box after I did the die cut. 

I also punched a half of a small oval punch at the top of the front side of the box to make it easier to open.  A stripe of Designer paper and a piece of Certainly Celery grosgrain ribbon brings your eye right to the "Simple Flower" Embosslit Die cut out of So Saffron card stock.  To brighten up the flower I added a bead of Crystal Effects to the raised parts of the flower and sprinkled on Dazzling Diamonds - I think it gives it a sugary effect - and topped off the center of the flower with a Celery colored Rhinestone Brad.

So Pretty, So Easy

This is a card that the guests at my recent Sale-a-bration Party made.  The colors in it remind me that Spring will come!

This stamp set is one of my two picks of favorites from the current Spring-Summer 2009 Catalog - you will see some more posts using it!

Supplies: Stamps: Playful Petals, Card stock: Whisper White, So Saffron, Pretty in Pink, AND "TEA PARTY" dsdp!  I absolutely love this double sided designer paper -  Ink:  Certainly Celery, Pretty in Pink and Basic Black  Accessories:  corner rounder and 5/8" wide Certainly Celery grosgrain ribbon, and daubers.

Anything goes with CHOCOLATE

The Sale-a-bration stamp set "Polka Dot Punches" is very versatile.  Here I have given it a bit of sophistication I think. 

I used two of the Sale-a-bration stamp sets:  Polka Dot Punches and Congrats.  These is something about embossing that gives an image a very professional look - these black images are all embossed using a Versamark Pad and Black embossing Powder.  Card stocks used are:  Chocolate Chip, Basic Black, Kraft and Taste of Textiles (that's the scalloped edge piece and the faint stripe peeking out at the top edge of the black).  Accessories include the black mini brad and the black grosgrain ribbon, scallop circle punch and 1 1/4" punch (love my punches, I give them a real work out - they don't seem to mind either).

Child's Play

Really, it is.  Did you see my sweet little granddaughter in the picture at Christmas time helping me turn the handle on the Big Shot machine to make her some more FUN FOAM snowflakes?  And she was only 20 months old!

For this card I punched three adjacent 1 3/8" squares and then strategically placed the flowers, overlapping on some petals to show off the cut out.

Supplies:  Stamps "Three Little Words", Card stock:  Orchid Opulence, Pixie Pink, Brocade Blue, Green Galore, Whisper White and Basic Black,  Accessories:  1 3/8" square punch, Black mini Brads, Black grosgrain ribbon and the flowers from the Sizzlits 4-pack die called Stampin' Up! Birds & Blooms. 

Peanut Butter and Chocolate

Give me a couple of these treats and I am in heaven!  And packaging them couldn't be any sweeter than cutting two "Top Note" die images with the Big Shot.  Card stocks used are Chocolate Chip (well that's not too surprising) and Brushed Gold.  I trimmed away the edge that is perforated, on the gold layer and then gold embossed the sweet saying from another of the Sale-A-bration stamp sets called Yummy - again, all you need to do to get this stamp set FREE is place a $50 merchandise order with your Stampin' Up! demonstrator, or if you do not have one feel free to go to my Stampin' Up! website www.stampingwithpennie.stampinup.net and click on the SHOP NOW button in the upper right hand corner!

It can be as easy as BLACK AND WHITE

This is one of the Sale-A-bration Stamp Sets than can be earned for free by placing a $50 merchandise order.  It is called Botanical Blooms.  There are a lot of colorful things you can do with this stamp set, but I thought it would be fun to make a card without hardly any color - so I did.
