Well, we did it, we now have a For Sale sign in our front yard. If you or someone you know would like to make a house purchase in SE Pennsylvania, this might be just the right spot for you!
Below are the details and more pictures, feel free to take a look. When the photographer for the listing came and took the pictures, she didn't take, or at least post, any pictures of my stamping office. What's with that. Believe me there is lots of room on the lower level as you will see in the pictures. The office on this level isn't even shown and I used the large multi purpose room on this level to hold classes. This is the perfect home for a stamper!
OK, now that everything is done and house is listed, I need to get back to stamping something! Oh, I did post a sign (card size, of course) in the front hall to please remove their shoes when on the wood or carpet floors - LOL!
Every area of the room is fabulous! It makes me wonder why you'd let go of such a fine property. I like the wooden theme of your home. It's timeless and elegant. Also, I can say that it is energy-efficient because a lot of natural light is coming from those windows. I bet many would find interest in this.

Have you thought about putting a basket of those disposable shoe covers (like the ones used in hospitals) by the front door? Of course, I imagine you would stamp those, too. :-)

LOVE that house and grounds! I always enjoyed your stamping events there. I'd SO love to have that stamping office and classroom setup. Good luck with the sale, though I can't imagine you'll have any difficulties with the process. You'll be on to your next exciting chapter in life before you know it.
