House For Sale

 

 Well, we did it, we now have a For Sale sign in our front yard.  If you or someone you know would like to make a house purchase in SE Pennsylvania, this might be just the right spot for you!

Below are the details and more pictures, feel free to take a look.  When the photographer for the listing came and took the pictures, she didn't take, or at least post, any pictures of my stamping office.  What's with that.  Believe me there is lots of room on the lower level as you will see in the pictures.  The office on this level isn't even shown and I used the large multi purpose room on this level to hold classes.  This is the perfect home for a stamper!

OK, now that everything is done and house is listed, I need to get back to stamping something!  Oh, I did post a sign (card size, of course) in the front hall to please remove their shoes when on the wood or carpet floors - LOL!

I am so sorry, to have been absent so long without even giving a reason.  Thanks to those that have emailed or left a comment to check on me.

Here is the scoop:  We are putting our PA home up for sale!

Since returning from our last trip our west, we have been working nearly round the clock cleaning out and organizing EVERYTHING in our home.  We have 43 years worth of stuff in it. 

I have a rubber stamp that says "The Nest Isn't Empty Till Their Stuff is Out of the Basement", and it wasn't and still isn't!  And for the last 10+ years I have thought and told others that we are Empty Nesters!

Well, this Thursday is the day we are planning to list our home.  I will try to post some pictures of the rooms (pictures are after all of the decluttering and room staging with what we have - lots I have learned on HGTV viewing).  We are of course hoping for a speedy sale, who wants to be showing their home any time or day.
