Our 2 year old grandson is allergic to dairy and eggs, I did some searching and found this great recipe so he can enjoy some treats!
CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES - DAIRY & EGG FREE:
Cream together:
1 cup dairy free margarine (I used butter flavor Crsco Solid)
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
Add wet engredients alternately with dry ingredients:
1/4 cup Soy Milk
2 tsp. Vanilla
2 1/4 cups flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Baking soda
Stir in:
12 ounces semi sweet chocolate chips (Ghirardelli brand does not appear to contain any milk!)
BAKE 350 degrees for 10 to 13 minutes
They are very yummy, Mom, and I really like the texture. Maybe I'll try them with the Earth Balance I still have.

My kids had this when they were little! A little bit of a pain at first but they have outgrown it!
