SOLD! Yes we sold our home in PA (see April 22, 2011 post) in a record FOUR DAYS! That started everything in motion. I left the following day after signing the contract to go to Phoenix (darling grandchildren were both having birthdays while I was there).
Things started really rolling with our sold house and it looked shortly like we would be needing to move - hence we needed to find a home in the Pacific NW - ie: Seattle area. (Aw..... this is the tie in to the birdie story below, she too needed a home in a hurry).
I flew from AZ and Chuck (husband flew to Seattle post haste to arrive on Friday afternoon, 5-21). By Sunday we were undercontract on our new home! Oh Happy Day (I really miss that stamp set with this saying!)!
