I made it in my Blend Tec Blender using:

1 cup green grapes, one orange (peel removed), a small handful of Kale (and you really can not taste this, a wonderful way to get your veggies) and about one cup of ice.    YUMMY!!!!!

I just got a hand blender after Christmas and this DOES look yummy...although I am not too sure about that kale.
