Time to get those sweet coloring implements out! Soft and Feminine is what you will get.
This card uses the BIG background stamp " Sweet Floral". Just color the image as you wish using your Watercolor Crayons, spritz your card stock slightly AND I like to sprint the stamp too with water. Stamp and embellish.
Speaking of Water Coloring, what's a little splashing among siblings?

Oh Pennie! This card is stunning! I wouldn't have looked twice at that background stamp - now I guess it'll get put on the "must have" list!! That's a cute pic of the babies, too. They're getting soooo big!!!!
